The cannabis platform leafly completed the merger with spac and was listed on NASDAQ

Leafy holdings, a Seattle based marijuana business platform, began trading on the open stock market on Monday under the symbol lfly after completing the previously announced merger with Merida Mercer corp.i, a special purpose acquisition company. The two companies said last August that they expected the combined entity to be worth about $385 million and the equity value to be about $532 million.
