Marijuana MSO curaleaf completed the $211 million bloom acquisition in Arizona

Curaleaf holdings, a multi state operator of marijuana, completed the previously announced acquisition of bloom dispensaries, an Arizona vertically integrated marijuana company. According to the press release, increase Bloom's four retail outlets in Arizona, so that curaleaf has a total of 13 marijuana stores in the state. Curaleaf also acquired two planting and processing facilities in Arizona. The deal is worth about $211 million, including $51 million in cash. According to curaleaf, Bloom's revenue in 2021 is about $66 million.
