A cannabis-friendly hotel in Las Vegas will open this spring after the city approved a cannabis consumption lounge last year. Phoenix-based Elevations Hotels and Resorts, formerly known as Pro Hospitality Group, acquired the former Artisan Hotel in 2022 for $11.9 million. The 64-room hotel, now known as The Lexi, is undergoing renovations and "the entire fourth floor will be designated as cannabis-friendly," according to a press release. Alex Rizk, president and CEO of Elevations, told the Las Vegas Review-Journal Lexi will also participate in Elevations' membership rewards program, which targets "individuals with a love of roaming, a passion for cannabis and a taste for new experiences.
