Curaleaf resolved 10 lawsuits related to thc labels

Curaleaf holdings, based in Massachusetts, resolved 10 lawsuits filed after an Oregon subsidiary mistakenly sold thc tincture, which was labeled as containing only non-toxic CBD. According to Willamette week, the multi state operator paid $50000 to settle a lawsuit filed by consumers who bought the tincture. The terms of the other nine settlement agreements have not been disclosed, and the company still faces three lawsuits over the mislabeled "health potion".
