Creso Pharma entered the United States through the acquisition of CBD company with us $21 million

Creso Pharma said it would buy Sierra sage herbs, a Colorado based CBD manufacturer, in an all stock deal worth $21 million, bringing the Australian marijuana producer into the U.S. market. Sierra sage herbs owns the green goo series of cannabis derived CBD ointment and the southern butter series of non CBD sexual health products. In addition to Australia and the United States, creso Pharma has operations in Canada, Colombia, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Switzerland and Uruguay. The company trades in the name of CPH on the Australian Securities Exchange.
