According to the latest USDA supply and demand report, the global rice output in 2021 / 22 is expected to be 50604 million tons, lower than the 50662 million tons predicted last month and 50494 million tons in the first half of the year. Global rice trade is expected to be 47.12 million tons, up from 46.97 million tons last month and 49.06 million tons last year. The final inventory of rice is expected to be 166.98 million tons, lower than the forecast of 168.41 million tons last month and 174.92 million tons last year.
