Marijuana has become part of the hype and uproar before Sunday's Super Bowl. The National Football League announced this month that it would allocate $1 million to medical researchers at the University of California, San Diego and the University of Regina in Canada to study the effects of cannabinoid on pain management and concussion neuroprotection.
