Illinois judge rescinds court order

An Illinois judge reversed a court order that prevented 185 new business licenses from being issued to recreational marijuana stores. Mario treto Jr., Secretary General of the Illinois Department of Finance and professional regulation (idfpr), said in a statement: "today is a key progress towards our ultimate goal. Our ultimate goal is to create the most diverse, inclusive and dynamic adult cannabis industry in any state in the country." Idfpr data show that the sales of adult marijuana in Illinois in March were close to $131million.
