Heilongjiang hemp (hemp) industry association was officially established

On January 13, Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Civil Affairs held a ceremony to issue the registration certificate of social organizations. Guo Jiping, Secretary of the Party group and director of the Provincial Department of civil affairs, issued the certificate to Wu An, President of Heilongjiang hemp (Industrial marijuana) Industry Association and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee, vice chairman and general manager of Heilongjiang agricultural investment group. Since then, the second national official industry hemp (Industrial marijuana) association was officially established.
