Germany's Proposed Plan to Legalize Adult Cannabis Does Not Include Approval to Import Marijuana

The German government has released key details of its plan to legalize and regulate adult use of marijuana, including what Health Minister Karl Lauterbach called "full" cultivation of cannabis. The proposed blueprint also indicates that 2024 is a realistic date for legalization to begin.
