Cannabis food sales nearly tripled from 2018 to 2022, increasing by nearly $535 million to more than $1.4 billion, according to Headset, a Seattle-based cannabis industry analyst firm. Nationally, caramels, chews and toffees were the second most popular food products, followed by chocolate, which saw a nearly 25 percent decline in sales in 2022.
