Canada's Ramm Pharma acquires Polish industrial hemp company from TGOD for C$1.2 million

Toronto-based Ramm Pharma Corp. has acquired HemPoland from The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings for C$1.2 million ($910,000) in cash.Ramm said in a press release that the acquisition provides HemPoland's The acquisition provides access to HemPoland's "distribution network, recognized premium brands, industrial hemp oil extraction technology and a synergistic foothold into the European marketplace," Ramm said in a press release.
