Belarus's agricultural exports to China increased by 50% in the first half of the year

Interfax news agency, September 3 - according to the data of the Ministry of agriculture and food of Belarus, the export volume of agricultural products from Belarus to China in the first half of this year was US $156 million, a year-on-year increase of 50%. China is the second largest importer of white agricultural products, second only to Russia.

In 2020, the export volume of agricultural products from Belarus to China was US $255.2 million, a year-on-year increase of 90%, 12 times higher than the level in 2015. Among them, the exports of poultry, dairy products, rapeseed oil, beef, soybean oil, chocolate, candy and other products increased significantly, and sugar, starch, potato chips, finished fish and other commodities also entered the Chinese market.
