A judge in Michigan rejected a request from state regulators to resume the recall of contaminated marijuana. On December 3, The Claims Tribunal judge Christopher Murray partially cancelled the recall after retesting some products. Partially canceling the recall means that about 75% of the contaminated marijuana is re listed. In a motion requiring the judge to reconsider on December 16, the marijuana administration (MRA) argued that the judge's ruling requiring the bureau to release some failed marijuana would cause potentially harmful marijuana to be sold without the knowledge of consumers.
